James Nicholson has had a diverse work experience spanning several decades. James started their career as an Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand in 1984. After leaving Coopers & Lybrand in 1988, they worked for several banks in various roles, such as President & CEO of First National Bank of Zanesville, Unizan Bank, and North Valley Bank Ohio. James also held positions as Chief Financial Officer at Lorain National Bank and Park View Federal Savings Bank. Additionally, they served as a Senior Financial Advisor at F.N.B. Corporation and as the Regional President/COO at Huntington Bank. James has extensive experience in finance, management, and leadership roles within the banking industry.
James Nicholson completed the Huntington Executive Leadership Program at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Muskingum University between 1980 and 1984. In addition, James holds an inactive CPA certification from the State of Ohio.
