Andy Hulme Frsa

Andy Hulme FRSA currently serves as the Head of Innovation and Growth at the North West Business Leadership Team, a position held since March 2021. In addition, Andy has been a Branch Trustee for The Odd Fellows Mersey Branch since 2004. Prior roles include Head of Policy and Strategy and Policy and Strategy Manager at the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership from April 2014 to March 2021, and Programme Manager roles at both the Cheshire and Warrington Sub Regional Programme Office and the Cheshire and Warrington Improvement and Efficiency Commission. Earlier experience includes positions at Arena Housing Group, Project Development Workshop Ltd, Liverpool Housing Action Trust, and VERSATILE PROJECTS LIMITED. Andy's educational background encompasses an MSc in Urban Renewal from Liverpool John Moores University and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Studies and Geography from The Manchester Metropolitan University, complemented by a Collaborative Leadership Programme at Ashridge Business School.
