Declan T McCarthy

Declan T McCarthy is an experienced MEP Manager with a career spanning over a decade in the construction industry. Currently serving at North West Construction LLC since April 2018, Declan also operates as a self-employed MEP Construction Manager since January 2018. Previous roles include MEP Engineer at Walls Construction Limited, where responsibilities included sub-contract coordination and cost management, and MEP Manager/Infrastructure at Moskito Island, overseeing power generation and de-salination plant projects. Additional experience includes electrical engineering and consultancy roles, with a strong focus on compliance and quality assurance in construction projects, such as the Flame Tower project in Baku and the Al Shaqab Equestrian Centre. Declan holds an HND in Building Services from Liverpool, earned between 1982 and 1984.
