Tural Huseynov

Chief Human Resources at North West Construction

Tural Huseynov has extensive work experience in human resources and project coordination. Tural served as the Chief Human Resources at North West Construction from February 2023 onwards, previously holding a role in the same company as a Human Resources specialist from February 2018 to February 2023. Tural also worked as a Project Coordinator at ADA University from January 2018 to May 2018, and in a similar role at the same university from January 2017 to May 2017. Prior to that, Tural served as the Lead Advisor of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan from August 2015 to February 2018.

Tural Huseynov's education history is as follows:

In 2008, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Azerbaijan State University of Languages.

From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Warsaw.

In 2016, they attended the Singapore Institute of Management for Executive Management and Development, with a focus on Sustainable development and management.

Later in 2016, they completed additional certifications, including "Diplomatic Mediation and Negotiation Skills" from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), "Sustainable Development and Environmental Management" from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore, "Seminar on International Cooperation in Capacity Building for Developing Countries" from the Ministry of Commerce, China (MOFCOM), and "EU from the first treaties to the current challenges with the special emphasis on the Neighborhood and Enlargement Policy" from ADA University.

In 2019, they participated in an Executive Education program on International Labour Migration: Economics, Politics, and Ethics at the University of Oxford.

Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, they attended the Harvard Kennedy School for a Credential in Public Leadership.
