Mark Byrne is currently the Deputy Head of Infrastructure at NW RFCA, overseeing Soft FM provision and activities across multiple counties in England and the Isle of Man for military reserve and uniformed cadet organizations. Mark also manages a large fleet of vehicles, including electric and alternative fuel vehicles. Mark has a background in operations, management, and leadership, with experience in organizations such as Lydiate Primary School, Southport YMCA, and the Royal Air Force. Mark has a Master's degree in Leadership & Management from The City and Guilds of London Institute. Mark's career has involved roles in change management, project start-up, and strategic leadership.
