Carlia B. currently serves as the Lead for the Doctors in Secondary Schools Program at North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network, overseeing the state-wide coordination across 100 Victorian government secondary schools since November 2017. Previously, Carlia B. worked as a Program Officer for the same program, supporting primary care providers and schools in the North Western Melbourne region. Earlier experience includes a role as a Program Support Officer focused on quality improvement initiatives in primary health care. Carlia B. began the professional journey as a Placement Student at Ballarat Community Health, assisting with a food security program for disadvantaged students. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science in Public Health from La Trobe University, an exchange program in Public Policy and Community Development at Universidad Nacional de Lanús, and completion of the Victorian Certificate of Education at St Columba's College Essendon.
