Catherine Ferreira

Catherine Ferreira is a Continuous Quality Improvement Officer at North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network since June 2020. Previously, Catherine served as a Healthy Lifestyles Officer at the City of Greater Bendigo and held an Engagement Partner role at Medibank. Early in the career, Catherine worked as a Primary Care Consultant for Western Victoria Primary Health Network, focusing on support for primary care providers and conducting projects related to breast screening and wait times in practices. Catherine's experience also includes a Senior Research Officer position at Macedon Ranges and North Western Melbourne Medicare Local, where analysis of public health data and needs assessments were conducted, alongside a long tenure as a Population Health General Practice Consultant at Central Highlands General Practice Network. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Environmental Health from Leeds Polytechnic in the UK.
