Jennifer Thorpe

Jennifer Thorpe is a seasoned project estimator with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently working with Cape Environmental Management Inc and North Wind Group since July 2024 and August 2022, respectively. Previously, Jennifer held project estimator positions at JB Dirtworks and Condon-Johnson & Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included performing takeoffs and coordinating bidding opportunities as an estimating coordinator for a geotechnical foundation company. Earlier career roles included serving as an assistant estimator at McMahon Engineering Construction and a clinical director/director of marketing at San Diego Spine and Disc. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Simpson University and a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Phoenix.
