Stephanie Klein has a diverse range of work experience in the medical field. Stephanie has worked as a Physician Health and Wellness Speaker and a Clinician Teacher at the University of Toronto since 2016. At North York General Hospital, they have held various roles including Faculty Wellness Lead, Family Physician, Geriatric Day Hospital Physician, and Resident Physician. Stephanie has also been involved in various leadership and advocacy positions, including serving as a Representative to the Residency Program Committee at the University of Toronto, as well as a Representative to the Physician Health and Wellness Group at the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada. Stephanie has also worked as a Clinical Educator at Teaching Residents to Teach and as a Wellness Representative at the North York General Hospital Residency Program. Throughout their career, Stephanie has been actively involved in medical education and advocacy, particularly in the areas of mental health awareness and geriatrics.
Stephanie Klein completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University at Albany, SUNY, in the years 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at the University of Toronto from 2012 to 2016. Finally, Stephanie obtained a Certificant of the College of Family Practice of Canada through the Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Toronto, which they completed from 2016 to 2018.
