Maruis Nell

Maruis Nell has extensive experience in employee benefits and payroll management, having served as Benefits Manager at Northam Platinum Ltd since December 1987, overseeing Group Services and various divisions including Zondereinde, Booysendal, and Eland. Maruis also holds the position of Alternative Trustee Member for the Platinum Health Medical Aid Scheme. Prior to this, Maruis was an Employee Benefits Coordinator at Northam Platinum Ltd and began a career in payroll as a Senior Payroll Clerk at Leeudoorn Gold Mine, which transitioned to a promotion at Northam Platinum Ltd. Maruis has obtained a National Diploma in education.
