Ryan Hill has extensive experience in football recruitment and coaching, currently serving in academy recruitment at Northampton Town Football Club since March 2020. As a co-founder of A* Academy of Football and owner of Football Footsteps, Ryan has been actively involved in developing young talent since February 2016 and September 2013, respectively. Previous roles include fleet supervisor at BaileyMK and football coach at Northampton Town FC, where Ryan contributed from February 2015 to June 2019. Early in Ryan's career, a position as a soccer coach with Challenger Sports provided foundational coaching experience. Education includes studies at Milton Keynes College from 1998 to 2000 and Ousedale School from 1993 to 1997.
