Tom Thompson

Tom Thompson is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience at Northamptonshire Police since September 1995, currently serving as Chief Inspector. Throughout the career, Tom has held various leadership roles, including Superintendent and Head of Specialist Operations, overseeing areas such as Police Dogs, Firearms, and Serious Collision Investigation. Tom's expertise extends to command decision-making, public safety, and telephony as a Control Room Ops Chief Inspector. Additionally, Tom served as Head of Specialist Firearms for EMOpSS from April 2017 to June 2019.
