David Fullen

David Fullen has extensive experience in the security and law enforcement sectors, currently serving as a Security Officer at NorthBay Healthcare since December 2015. Previous roles include Security Officer positions at Lead Star Security Inc. and Lind Marine, as well as a tenure at the Solano County Sheriff's Department. David started career in law enforcement as a Police Officer for the City of Fairfield and the City of Suisun City. Earlier experience includes work as a Pipefitter at Mare Island Naval Shipyard and National Steel and Ship Building, along with administrative duties in the United States Marine Corps. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Solano Community College.
