Helder Silva

Helder Silva currently serves as the Director of Primary Care and Urgent Care at NorthBay Health since May 2023. Previously, Helder held the position of Director of Physician Services at Brown & Toland Physicians from June 2020 to May 2023, and prior to that, worked as a Manager of Practice Management at University HealthCare Alliance. Experience includes a managerial role in Adult & Family Medicine at Kaiser Permanente and management of Clinical Operations at Sutter Health. Starting in 2005 at Scripps Health, Helder advanced through various operational roles, culminating as Director of Clinic Operations. Early professional experience with the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman provided a strong foundation in healthcare. Helder holds a Master of Public Health in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from National University.
