Kevin Clougherty

Kevin Clougherty, MHA, FACHE, currently serves as the Director of Operations at NorthBay Health, overseeing two level II emergency departments, ICUs, and acute care in two hospitals. Prior experience includes roles at Providence St. Joseph Health, where Clougherty held multiple positions including Area Director of Operations for Surgical and Cardiovascular Services, Regional Director of 340B Pharmacy Operations, and Area Director of Financial Operations & Business Development, driving operational improvements and financial management across various hospital settings. Clougherty holds a Bachelor of Science in General Management with a Concentration in Information Systems from Boston College and a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Walden University.
