Hadear Marzooque, LLB, MSc, CHRL, SHRM-SCP, RCIC, is an accomplished immigration consultant and educator with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Founder and Immigration Consultant at H.M. IMMIGRATR since June 2020, Hadear represents clients in immigration and citizenship matters. As a University Lecturer at Dalhousie University since January 2024, Hadear teaches Public Sector Human Resources. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at NorthBay Solutions and Human Resources Consultant at Hearing and Speech Nova Scotia, where strategic advice and people management were provided. Hadear's career also includes consulting roles at ADP and Ibtikar Technologies, as well as a Senior Human Resources Officer position at Qatar District Cooling Company.
