Salaar Ali Nasir

Salaar Ali Nasir is a Principal Software Engineer (AI Tech Lead) at NorthBay Solutions since May 2021, specializing in the development of a RAG system utilizing various large language models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Claude, and LLama, while also evaluating their accuracy and performance. Previously held roles include Senior Software Engineer where Salaar focused on automating tasks using LLMs and enhancing overall efficiency, as well as Software Engineer at Tech Avenue Private Limited, developing real-time communication servers using Flask and Socket.io. Early experience includes an internship at Bentley Systems, where Salaar implemented an XML import/export feature and developed a user interface using C# and Telerik. Salaar holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
