Sana Amin

Sana Amin currently serves as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at NorthBay Solutions since October 2023. Previously, Sana was the Country Head of Human Resources at Lucid Lane Inc., where strategic HR initiatives were developed and executed, and a team of HR professionals was managed. With extensive experience at VentureDive, roles included Head and Manager of Talent Acquisition, where Sana designed comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and collaborated closely with leadership to address staffing needs. Other roles include Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Creative Chaos, Human Resource Generalist at Systems Limited, and Human Resource Assistant at Al Abbas Group of Companies, along with internships at Pfizer Laboratories and United Distributors Limited. Sana holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Developmental Strategies from Karachi University, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
