Jen Florendo has over a decade of experience in the digital marketing and customer success space. Jen began their career in 2009 as an SEM Manager at Intelligent Beauty. Jen then moved to Carat as a Freelance Media Planner in 2010, and also took on the role of Digital Supervisor at Optimedia in the same year. In 2013, Jen joined MediaVest as a Digital Manager, and then moved to Chango in 2014 as a Senior Manager, Client Development. From 2015 to 2017, Jen worked at Rubicon Project in two roles: Account Director and Senior Manager, Client Services - Buyer Cloud. Jen then transitioned to Goodway Group as an Associate Account Director in 2017, and in 2020, they joined AUDIENCEX as a Client Partner. Most recently, in 2021, Jen joined Marketing Evolution as a Senior Manager, Customer Success, and is currently a Customer Success Lead at Northbeam.

Jen Florendo attended California State University-Fullerton from 2000 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising.
