Emily McCauley

Emily McCauley has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Corporate Communications & Publicity Intern at Canwest. Emily then worked as a Communications & Outreach Analyst (Contract) at Environment and Climate Change Canada in 2011. Emily also worked as a Strategic Policy Analyst (Contract) at Environment Canada during the same year. In 2012, they joined DDB Canada as a Public Relations Coordinator. Starting in 2013, they worked at BDO Canada, first as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator and later as a National Marketing & Communications Specialist. Emily then joined Blue Mountain Village Association in 2016 as a Marketing & Public Relations professional. Emily has been working at Northbridge Financial Corporation since 2018, starting as a Digital Marketing & External Communications Manager before being promoted to the role of Digital Marketing and Communications Director. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility on secondment at the company.

Emily McCauley has a Bilingual Honours BA in International Studies from the Glendon Campus of York University. Emily also holds a Certificate in Digital Marketing Management from the University of Toronto. In addition, they completed the MBA Essentials program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Emily also has a certification as a Level 1 CSIA Ski Instructor from the Canadian Ski Instructor's Alliance.
