Julia Cook

Julia Cook has a strong background in customer experience and marketing communications. Julia currently holds the position of Vice President, Customer Experience at Northbridge Financial Corporation since February 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Customer Experience & Innovation and Manager of Customer Experience at the same company. Prior to their time at Northbridge, Julia held roles at AIG, where they were a Territory Underwriting Manager and a Business Development Manager. Julia also worked at Northbridge as a Marketing Communications Specialist and Coordinator. Julia's career began with positions at Tradex Ontario Ltd as a Purchaser and at Onward Manufacturing Company as an Events and Sales Representative.

Julia Cook holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Wilfrid Laurier University. Julia also has taken courses in Writing for Web at the University of Toronto - Continuing Education. Julia pursued their interest in wine by completing a Wine Specialist program at George Brown College Continuing Education. In addition, they participated in a program called Developing a Strategic Mindset offered by the Schulich School of Business - York University. Julia has also obtained a certification as a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2022.
