James Billings

Dr. James Billings is the Co-President of Northcentral University.

Dr. Billings has been published in the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy and presented at numerous conferences including the National Child Life Conference, American Association of Marriage and Family Therapist National Conferences, and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention National Conference. Dr. Billings has also written and received over $17.7 million in grant funding, including: $2.48 million to provide professional mental health services to mandated (CPS) and non-mandated families at risk for possible child abuse and neglect in the Western region of San Bernardino County (California); and $2.65 million to provide professional mental health services and programs to the Western and Eastern regions of Riverside County (California).
