Sarah Baines

Sarah Baines is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Software Engineer and Scrum Lead at Northcoders since September 2020, where further roles include Software Engineer and Cohort Lead, as well as Software Engineer and Mentor. Additionally, Sarah is a co-founder of the Manchester Ceramics Collective, active since November 2018. Sarah began their career at Northcoders as a Trainee Web Developer from December 2019 to March 2020, completing a full stack web development training program focused on JavaScript, and gained expertise in agile development, Test-Driven Development (TDD), React, and Node. Sarah holds a degree from The University of Manchester.
