Srinivasa D Chakravadhanula has extensive work experience, starting in 2005 with Tata Consultancy Services. Srinivasa D held various roles such as Developer, Offshore Team Lead, System Analyst, and Onshore Team Lead. In 2010, they became a Delivery Manager, responsible for managing offshore teams and ensuring delivery and operations for a major US bank. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Technical Manager, overseeing design, development, and testing of new projects for a Canadian bank's Genesys contact center environment. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Pre Sales Technology Consultant/Solutions Architect, supporting contact center technology opportunities for the banking and finance vertical. In 2016, they joined Uniphore Software Systems as the Principal Manager of Professional Services, responsible for service delivery, team management, and customer engagement across multiple industries. Subsequently, they served as the Director of Professional Services, specializing in deployment and maintenance of Uniphore's products aligned with customer requirements. Most recently, since 2019, Srinivasa has been working at Interactions LLC, starting as the Director of Engineering and currently holding the position of Senior Director of Engineering.
