Chenny Chen

Chenny Chen is an experienced guitar tutor with a strong background in music education. Currently serving as a guitar tutor at Birkenhead College and Northcote College since May 2011 and February 2018, respectively, Chenny also founded North Shore Guitar Tuition in January 2005. Additionally, Chenny has been a guitar and bass guitar tutor at The Music Education Centre since January 2007, providing personalized instruction to students of all ages. Chenny holds a Level 3 Certificate in Popular Music Performance Grade 8 - Electric Guitar from RSL Awards and a Bachelor's degree with a Graduate Diploma in Arts, Education, Psychology, Employment Relations, and Organisational Studies from The University of Auckland. Early education was completed at Westlake Boys High School, and Chenny also holds a certification in Production Sound from Mainz.
