Currently a Consultant at NorthCreek Consulting, Mitchell is responsible for developing a $50 million budget for a global payroll system at a Fortune 500 company. Prior to this role, Mitchell served as a Senior Finance Business Partner at Oxford University Press, achieving significant cost reductions in supply chain operations and air freight. As Head of FP&A at TheKey, Mitchell implemented key performance indicators that resulted in a 15% reduction in sales costs and identified $50 million in operational efficiencies. With a solid background at A. H. Belo and The New York Times Company, providing high-level financial decision support, and a foundational experience with IBM and TIAA-CREF, Mitchell possesses a robust skill set in financial strategy development. Mitchell holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering and Applied Sciences from Harvard University.
