Mara Kaufman

Mara Kaufman is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Northeast Arc. Mara has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as a Principal at The Taymar Group and as Vice President, Operations at The Beacon Companies. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing all human resources functions at Northeast Arc. This includes staffing and recruitment, performance management, policy and handbook development, and employee benefits. Kaufman is dedicated to their work and is committed to providing the best possible experience for employees at Northeast Arc.

Mara Kaufman has a BA in Psychology from Boston College and an MA in Counseling Psychology from the same school.

Mara Kaufman reports to Jo Ann Simons, CEO. They are on a team with Stacey Villani - Division Director, Family Services, Craig Welton - Chief Development Officer, and Daniel Stamp - Director of IT. and Kathy Marques - Director of Day, Work & Employment Services reports to Mara Kaufman.
