Marc Kilner

Marc Kilner has extensive experience in the field of operations management and regional management, particularly in the employment and job assistance sector. Marc has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including roles such as Operational Director People and Culture at Northeast Health Wangaratta and Regional Manager at The Salvation Army Employment Plus. Marc has also served as a State Manager at At Work Australia, an Operations Manager at Open Minds, an Area Business Manager at APM, and a Regional Manager at SkillsPlus and BRACE. Prior to these roles, Marc spent several years at Workways Australia, where they held positions such as Regional Manager, Area Program Manager, Site Manager, and Case Manager.
