Jeremy Short is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, Jeremy has previously held significant roles such as Chief Talent Officer and Adjunct Professor at Baldwin Wallace University, and Director of Talent Management and Development at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, Ohio. Additionally, Jeremy has a diverse history at Sherwin-Williams, where responsibilities included Director of Diversity & Inclusion for the Americas Group and Human Resources Director for Global Supply Chain R&D and the Automotive Finishes Division. Jeremy's foundational education includes a B.A. in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Brenau University.
