Sara Sandella

Sara Sandella is currently the Manager of Business Process & Controls at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. Previously, Sara served as the Workforce Operations Supervisor at Cuyahoga County and as the Performance Improvement Manager at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland. Prior to that, Sara held roles as the Director of Analysis and Program Management & Training Coordinator at Acelero Learning. Sara has a BA in English from the University of Pittsburgh and has experience in managing programs, improving quality, data analysis, and training coordination.
