Kristen Sturgess

Kristen Sturgess has a strong work history in human resources. Kristen most recently worked as the Human Resources Director at Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative starting in August 2020. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Benefits/Administrator at the same company from March 2020 to August 2020. Before joining Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative, Kristen worked as an HR Coordinator at Cherokee Nation Businesses from December 2018 to March 2020. Seeking further specialization, Kristen enrolled at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2020 and is expected to graduate in 2022 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, concentrating on Business Administration and Management.
