Diane Murphy

Diane Murphy has more than twenty years of financial institution Information Technology (IT) and executive experience. At Northeast Retirement Services (NRS), among her executive responsibilities is leading the company's conversion and compliance programs. Diane joined NRS in May 2008 and works closely with the COO, Chief Officer of Corporate Development and the Investor Services division.

Diane is an officer of Global Trust Company (GTC), a subsidiary of NRS, and also serves as GTC's compliance officer. She is also an officer of Savings Banks Employees Retirement Association.

Prior to joining NRS, Diane was Global Head of Securities RREEF GTO for Deutsche Bank in Chicago. She has also worked for State Street Bank as a Vice President in their Client Technology Integration department, working with several international clients on IT integration and conversion projects.
