Richard Medina has over 28 years of experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Information Technology Manager for the WIC Program at Northeast Valley Health Corporation since April 1995. In this role, Richard oversees the technological aspects of a program dedicated to the health of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to age 5, by providing essential nutritional support and health care referrals. Prior to this position, Richard worked as an Industrial Engineering Department Assistant at UPS from April 1989 to November 1997. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking from Regis University. Additionally, Richard attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
