Cyndi E. H. has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Cyndi E. is currently the Division Director of Court Operations for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit, where they manage and supervises multiple departments, oversees recruiting and training, and handles budget forecasting and risk management. Prior to this, they worked as a Licensed Realtor/Owner at CH Real Estate & Consulting and held multiple roles at McKesson, including TA Process & Compliance Manager, Sr. Legal Analyst, and Program Manager. Cyndi E. also served as the Legal Operations Director at Spillers Law Firm and as a Sr. Litigation Paralegal at J. Franklin Burns, PC, Braun & Ree, LLP Trial Attorneys, and Alan C. Manheim, LLC.

Cyndi E. H. completed their education in a variety of fields. Cyndi E. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Florida State University, which they completed between 1995 and 1998. In 1998 and 1999, they pursued a post-graduate class in Public Administration Finance at the same institution. Later, in 2001 and 2002, Cyndi completed a certification program in Advanced Legal Research/Studies, specializing in Paralegal studies at Kennesaw State University. In 2006 and 2007, they took MAT Pre-Requisites courses in English Language and Literature at the same university.

Additionally, Cyndi E. H. obtained several certifications. In 1992, they received a State of Florida Class C Private Investigator License from the Secretary of State of Florida. In 2002, they obtained the Kennesaw State University Paralegal Certificate. Later, in 2012, Cyndi E. H. obtained the State of Georgia Notary Public certification. Lastly, in 2015, they acquired a Georgia Real Estate License.
