Kaitlyn Hagins

Kaitlyn Hagins is a dedicated student at Northeastern University, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Business. Since May 2024, Kaitlyn has served as the Vice President of Campus Outreach and Recruitment for Girls Into VC at Northeastern. In addition, Kaitlyn holds multiple leadership roles within Kappa Delta Sorority, including Points Chair and participation in the Shamrock Committee. Kaitlyn has gained valuable experience as a peer mentor at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business and as an analyst with the Northeastern University Student Value Fund. Previous professional experiences include a Financial Services Audit Co-op at KPMG and an Accounting and Finance Internship at Sperber Landscape Companies. Kaitlyn also worked as a student note-taker at Northeastern University during the fall of 2022. Prior education was completed at Chaminade College Preparatory, where a high school diploma was earned in 2022.
