Jeremy Walker

Jeremy Walker serves as the Director of HR Systems and Analytics at Northeastern University since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in HRIS management and implementation. Previously, at Washington University in St. Louis, Jeremy held the position of HRIS Manager, leading a team in Workday configuration and Agile methodology adoption. Prior roles include Project Lead Business Systems Analyst at Centene Corporation, where Jeremy implemented Workday Recruiting, and Senior HRIS Analyst at Charter Communications, focusing on merger and acquisition projects. With a solid foundation in HR generalist roles at various organizations, Jeremy has developed a comprehensive skill set in HR systems, employee engagement, and analytics. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Northwest Missouri State University.
