Megan Sykes

Megan Sykes, M.A., currently serves as the Associate Director of Academic & Community Partnerships at Northeastern University since December 2023. From February 2021 to December 2023, Megan held the position of Associate Director of Academic Advising & Program Operations at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies, overseeing academic support for six programs across the West Coast, managing a team of professional staff and student employees, and collaborating with campus partners to enhance job pipelines for students. Past roles include Adjunct Instructor, Graduate Academic Advisor, and Program Manager at various institutions, with extensive experience in academic advising, program management, and community engagement. Megan is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership at Northeastern University, having previously earned a Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs and a Bachelor’s Degree in Comparative Sociology.
