Brittany Duchene M.d.

Brittany Duchene M.D. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the medical field. Brittany currently works at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital as the Medical Director of the Intensive Care Unit and the Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy. Brittany is also a Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician at the same hospital.

Prior to their current role, they worked at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont as a Research Assistant Professor. Brittany completed their Pulmonary & Critical Care fellowship at The University of Vermont Medical Center.

Before their time in Vermont, Duchene worked at MedStar Harbor Hospital, where they served as the Chief and Resident Physician. Brittany also gained experience as an ESL Teacher at Fort McMurray Catholic Board.

Dr. Brittany Duchene has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Aureus University School of Medicine, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University from 2008 to 2010. Brittany also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, which they earned from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Dr. Duchene has obtained certifications including Pulmonology Board Certification and Internal Medicine Board Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine. Brittany also holds an ECFMG Certification from ECFMG.
