Fiona Shackleton

Fiona Shackleton is a registered nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, currently serving at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital since December 2021. Prior experience includes volunteer work at Covid-19 clinics with the Farmington Valley Visiting Nurse Association, and providing care as an independent nurse at Westminster School. Fiona has a strong background in clinical research, having held multiple roles at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included managing regulatory clinical trials and overseeing the Blood Collection Program transition. Additionally, Fiona worked as a clinical nurse specialist in tissue viability and wound care at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, leading a team and contributing to significant improvements in clinical standards. Educational qualifications include a Master of Philosophy in Nursing from the University of Hull and a certificate in Clinical Trials Design & Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
