Jon Pickering

Jon Pickering has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jon currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at NorthEdge, where they have been working since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Partner and Head of New Business at NorthEdge from March 2019 to October 2022. Before that, they were the Partner and Head of North West at NorthEdge from September 2017 to March 2019. Jon started their career at NorthEdge as a Director in January 2013 and held the position until August 2017.

In addition to their work at NorthEdge, Pickering has served as a Non-Executive Director at several companies. Jon is currently a Non-Executive Director at Correla, Cloud Technology Solutions, Abbey Logistics Group Limited, and Roberts Jackson Solicitors. Jon has also held Non-Executive Director roles at Arthouse Ltd, DW3 Products Group, and Utiligroup in the past.

Before their roles in private equity and as a non-executive director, Pickering worked as an Investment Director and Investment Manager at LDC from April 2008 to December 2012 and from February 2008 to April 2011, respectively. Jon started their professional career at Deloitte LLP, where they served as an Assistant Director from September 2005 to February 2008. Overall, Pickering has a diverse range of experience in investment, management, and advisory roles across multiple industries.

Jon Pickering attended the University of Leeds from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance.
