Jo Manifold

Jo Manifold is currently the Head of Learning, Talent & Development at Northern, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Jo served as the Human Resources Director at Jaja Finance from April 2022 to October 2022 and as HR & Training Director at Ensafe Consultants from March 2021 to April 2022. Jo's extensive experience includes a notable tenure at Sodexo as the Director of Learning and Development for the UK & Ireland, where responsibilities encompassed the coordination and delivery of training for 35,000 employees. Prior to Sodexo, Jo worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Barclays from June 2007 to November 2014, contributing to strategic business initiatives and managing various HR functions. Jo began a career in HR management at MBNA, where tenure lasted from 1996 to 2006. Jo holds a BA Hons degree in Planning from the University of Strathclyde, earned between 1990 and 1994.
