Nipun Jain

Nipun Jain currently serves as Deputy Vice President - FI Origination at Northern Arc Capital, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes Assistant Vice President roles at Tata Capital focused on Fintech Alliances and Corporate tie-ups (December 2021 - September 2024) and RBL Bank, where responsibilities encompassed Portfolio Risk and Policy in Corporate Banking. Notably, Nipun was recognized with the CEO’s Incredibles Achievers Award (Gold Medal) in 2019 for contributions to the Fintech Digital Lending Team. Earlier career experiences involve management internships at Aditya Birla Chemicals, Rubique, and the Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change. Nipun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur.
