Rujal Shah

Rujal Shah is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate Director at Northern Arc Capital since March 2022, where responsibilities include spearheading debt financing for 27 NBFC partners and managing a substantial portfolio predominantly in BBB and A rated NBFCs. Prior to this, Rujal worked at EY as Associate Vice President in the transaction advisory practice, focusing on financial due diligence for private equity funds and corporations, and held previous positions at KPMG India and Chokshi & Chokshi Chartered Accountants, gaining extensive experience in audits and consultancy. Rujal is a chartered accountant, having completed the Chartered Accountancy program from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and also holds a CFA Level 3 designation from CFA Institute USA. Additionally, Rujal earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics.
