Shashank Shekhar

Shashank Shekhar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shashank currently serves as the Deputy Vice President at Northern Arc Capital, a role they began in September 2022. Prior to this, Shashank worked at Standard Chartered Bank as an Associate Director from October 2021 to September 2022, where they played a key role in increasing market share in the EdTech, Health-Tech, Logistic, and E-Comm sectors. Before joining Standard Chartered Bank, they were a Senior Manager at KredXIndia from September 2019 to October 2021. Shashank also has experience working at ICICI Bank, where they held the positions of Senior Manager from February 2019 to September 2019 and Manager from January 2018 to January 2019. Additionally, they worked as an Independent Consultant from May 2017 to December 2017 and as an Account Manager at Bharat Forge Ltd from May 2016 to April 2017.

Shashank Shekhar completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, between 2010 and 2014. Shashank further pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Shashank has obtained certifications in areas such as Blockchain and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
