Nancy Paola

Nancy Paola has significant experience in advocacy and client care, currently serving as an Ombudsman/Volunteer with the Northern Arizona Council of Governments since September 2017, where responsibilities include resolving complaints for residents in long-term care facilities. Previously, Nancy held the position of Client Care Manager at Home Care Assistance for several months in 2013. Educational background includes studies at Spring Arbor University from 1991 to 1993.
