Benjamin Hector

Benjamin Hector possesses extensive experience in power system operations and strategic planning. Currently serving as Acting Manager Coordinated Systems Operations at NCPA since May 2020, Benjamin oversees a team responsible for the real-time management of over 60 generating units across various energy sources. Previous roles include System Dispatcher and Schedule Coordinator at NCPA, as well as Electric Utility System Operator for the City of Redding. With a solid background in project management from GeoStrategies Inc. and leadership as the Founder and President of The Vectis Group, Benjamin combines technical expertise with strategic vision. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from Liberty University.
