Raf Santana

Raf Santana has extensive experience in plant management and operations, currently serving as Plant Manager at NCPA since June 2010, overseeing all plant operations, maintenance, and production goals while managing employee performance. Prior to this role, Raf held the position of O&M Manager at NCPA, responsible for the management of gas turbine power plants in the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley. Raf is also an active Steering Committee Member of the Siemens T3000 Users Group since February 2012. Earlier experience includes a decade at Calpine, where Raf advanced from Lead Technician to Planner, managing maintenance activities and plant outages for significant power generation facilities, and a role as Process Operator at Air Products, overseeing the operation of a hydrogen plant.
