Richard Cole is currently serving as the Senior Director of Facilities and Planning at Paradise Valley Estates since April 2022. Richard also works as an Account Executive at Yahoo/AOL/BMC Software. With extensive experience in engineering, project management, configuration management, and risk management, Richard serves as the VP at Sonika Corp. In the past, Richard has managed facility and site operations at Cushman & Wakefield Management Services and served in the US Army Corp of Engineers.
