Inga Auhagen-Schätzle

Inga Auhagen-Schätzle has extensive experience in various roles within the business and technology sectors. Inga worked at Northern Data Group as the VP of Business Operations, where they successfully scaled the company and led high-performing teams in areas such as project and program management, digitalization, business processes, IT, and data management. Inga also developed and executed strategies for the COO area, aligned with the overall organizational strategy. Inga implemented robust business processes and leveraged data insights to drive business growth.

In their role as the Head of Projects & Business Processes at Northern Data Group, they continued to contribute to the company's success until July 2022.

Currently, they are serving as the Managing Director at Hydro66, a sustainable data center company under the Northern Data Group. Hydro66 offers services like high-performance computing, co-location, and cloud services, prioritizing renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

Prior to their roles at Northern Data Group, Inga worked as a Project Manager at Icomera AB, where they led WiFi hardware and IT rollout projects for FlixBus and FlixTrain worldwide. Inga managed IT development projects and contributed to the growth of the company's German operations.

Before that, Inga held a position as a Strategy & Innovation Manager at Siemens and as a Commercial Manager at Radeberger Gruppe KG, focusing on international brand portfolio management.

Inga Auhagen-Schätzle has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Master in Management from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Inga also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management from the International School of Management, Germany. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in November 2022, and the Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management from PeopleCert in December 2019.
