Karl Collins

Karl Collins has extensive experience in the gas and energy sectors, currently serving as an operations response engineer at Northern Gas Networks since September 2018, where responsibilities include responding to emergency gas situations to ensure safety for both domestic and commercial properties. Prior to this role, Karl worked as a Dual Fuel smart engineer at SSE plc from March 2015 to September 2018, focusing on the safe installation and fault-finding of smart gas and electric meters. Earlier experience includes positions as a fabricator and laser engineer at ADM Pressings Limited from March 2013 to April 2016. Karl earned education credentials from New College Durham from 2008 to 2012 and attended Wellfield from 2003 to 2008.
